Since we're trying to shed a few pounds for holidays we've been reading through different kinds of diets the celebs use. It's been reported that Gwyneth Paltrow survives on fruit, veg, whole grains, cereals, seeds and algae.
We've decided that the best, most effective & safe way of losing weight is by eating a healthy BALANCED diet and adding exercise a few days a week so that's what we're doing !
