Karl Lagerfeld Peace Offering To Adele !

Karl Lagerfeld has reportedly told pals he wants to send Adele a load of Chanel handbags worth a fortune to make up for what he said about her recently. The designer was guest editing the Paris version of Metro when he made the mean comments. He was asked about Lana Del Rey and said that he preferred Adele and Florence Welch. He said of Adele, "she has a beautiful face and divine voice" he then added that he thinks she's a "little too fat".

Things then turned ugly very quickly for the designer as the singer's fans and fellow celebs jumped to her defence, with comedian Alan Carr going as far as calling the designer a "vile old queen".

Karl has now apparently told his staff to send the singer the best they've got after hearing she collects bags.

Well we think you should take those daft shades off your face Mr. Lagerfeld, they're clearly damaging your eyesight ! We think Adele is gorgeous and perfectly fine just the way she is !
